We stand behind the standard of every timepiece we curate. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right immediately.
 

The 14-Day Guarantee:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the timepiece must be strictly unworn, unaltered, and in its original pristine condition. It must include all original packaging, protective films, authenticity cards, and tags.
 

Return Process:
If the watch shows any signs of wear, micro-scratches on the steel, or if the protective film has been removed, the return will be unequivocally rejected. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs using a trackable and insured courier service.
